Dr. Derek Legg, DC, MPH, is the owner of Legg Chiropractic & Acupuncture, serving Surprise, AZ and the West Valley community. With over 13 years of clinical experience, Dr. Legg combines chiropractic care, medical acupuncture, and dry needling to identify and treat the root cause of pain rather than masking symptoms.

Dr. Legg earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic and holds a Master of Public Health (MPH), bringing an evidence-based, whole-body approach to every patient. He is certified in acupuncture and is a certified Medical Examiner.

Legg Chiropractic & Acupuncture specializes in treating back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, migraines, shoulder pain, hip pain, joint pain, sports injuries, pickleball injuries, auto accident injuries, and work-related injuries. Treatment methods include chiropractic adjustments (Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead, Activator), electrical acupuncture, dry needling, digital X-ray, postural evaluation, therapeutic exercise, and electrical stimulation.

The clinic accepts Medicare, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Ambetter, VA benefits, and HSA/FSA. New patients are welcome with a $49 comprehensive exam that includes consultation, examination, X-rays if clinically necessary, and a first adjustment.
